Our standard私たちの基準
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice's 2024 Title II rule and most current accessibility guidance. What we've doneこれまでの取り組み
As of August 2026, we've completed an accessibility audit across our public pages and app using automated tooling (axe-core) plus manual review, and fixed what it found: 2026年8月時点で、自動化ツール（axe-core）と手動レビューを用いて公開ページおよびアプリ全体のアクセシビリティ監査を実施し、発見された問題を修正しました。
- Color contrast brought up to WCAG AA minimums across landing, app, integrations, and docs pagesランディングページ、アプリ、連携設定、ドキュメントページ全体で、色のコントラストをWCAG AAの最低基準まで改善
- Corrected invalid or missing ARIA roles無効または欠落していたARIAロールを修正

What's still in progress現在進行中の取り組み
Automated tools catch a meaningful slice of issues but not everything. We haven't yet completed a full manual pass — keyboard-only navigation testing across every flow, and a screen-reader pass (VoiceOver/NVDA) on the core query experience. We're honest that this is ongoing work, not a finished state. 自動化ツールは多くの問題を検出できますが、すべてを網羅しているわけではありません。すべての操作フローにおけるキーボードのみでのナビゲーションテストや、主要な検索・質問体験におけるスクリーンリーダー（VoiceOver/NVDA）でのテストなど、完全な手動確認はまだ完了していません。これは完了した状態ではなく、現在も継続中の取り組みであることを正直にお伝えします。
Known limitations既知の制限事項
If you encounter a barrier using Saachi with assistive technology — a missing label, a keyboard trap, insufficient contrast we missed — we want to know, and we'll prioritize a fix. 支援技術をご利用の際に、ラベルの欠落、キーボード操作の行き詰まり、見落としていたコントラスト不足など、何らかの支障が発生した場合は、ぜひご連絡ください。優先的に対応いたします。
