1. Who these terms apply to1. 本規約の適用範囲
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Saachi ("we," "us," or "our"). They apply to anyone who accesses or uses Saachi, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and team members added to an account. 本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様とSaachi（以下「当社」）との間の契約です。本規約は、無料トライアルユーザー、有料契約者、およびアカウントに追加されたチームメンバーを含む、Saachiにアクセスまたは利用するすべての方に適用されます。
If you are using Saachi on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. 企業または組織を代表してSaachiを利用する場合、お客様は当該組織を本規約に拘束させる権限を有していることを表明するものとします。
2. The service2. サービス内容
Saachi is a document intelligence platform that allows you to upload documents, build searchable knowledge bases, and query them using AI. Features include document ingestion, AI-powered search, an embeddable chat widget, a developer API, and team collaboration tools. Saachiは、ドキュメントをアップロードし、検索可能なナレッジベースを構築し、AIを用いて検索・質問できるドキュメントインテリジェンスプラットフォームです。主な機能には、ドキュメントの取り込み、AIによる検索、埋め込み可能なチャットウィジェット、開発者向けAPI、チームコラボレーション機能が含まれます。
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. 当社は、いつでも機能を追加、変更、または削除する権利を有します。重要な変更については、合理的な範囲でユーザーに通知するよう努めます。
3. Accounts3. アカウント
You must provide a valid email address and verify it to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. アカウントを作成するには、有効なメールアドレスを提供し、認証を行う必要があります。お客様は、アカウント認証情報のセキュリティを維持する責任、およびお客様のアカウントで発生するすべての活動について責任を負うものとします。
You must be at least 13 years old to use Saachi. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. Saachiを利用するには13歳以上である必要があります。アカウントを作成することにより、お客様はこの要件を満たしていることを表明するものとします。
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or have been inactive for an extended period on a free plan. 本規約に違反した場合、不正行為に関与した場合、または無料プランで長期間利用がなかった場合、当社はアカウントを停止または解約することがあります。
4. Acceptable use4. 禁止事項
You may use Saachi only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: Saachiは合法的な目的にのみご利用いただけます。お客様は、以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします：
- Upload content that you do not have the right to use or distribute利用または配布する権利を有しないコンテンツをアップロードすること
- Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights違法、有害、脅迫的、名誉毀損に該当する、または第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツをアップロードまたは処理すること
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond what is provided through the APIAPIを通じて提供される範囲を超えて、本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、スクレイピング、またはデータ抽出を試みること
- Use the service to generate, distribute, or facilitate spam or unsolicited communicationsスパムまたは迷惑な連絡の生成、配布、または助長のために本サービスを利用すること
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts本サービスの一部または他のユーザーのアカウントへの不正アクセスを試みること
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it本サービスに損害を与え、機能を停止させ、または損なうおそれのある方法で利用すること
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission当社の書面による許可なく、本サービスへのアクセスを再販売またはサブライセンスすること
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules, without notice. 当社は、これらの規則に違反するコンテンツを削除し、該当するアカウントを予告なく停止する権利を留保します。
5. Your content5. お客様のコンテンツ
You retain full ownership of the documents, files, and data you upload to Saachi ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content. お客様は、Saachiにアップロードするドキュメント、ファイル、およびデータ（以下「お客様のコンテンツ」）について、完全な所有権を保持します。当社は、お客様のコンテンツに対していかなる所有権も主張しません。
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and index it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, share it with other users, or use it for any purpose beyond operating your account. コンテンツをアップロードすることにより、お客様は、当社がお客様にサービスを提供する目的にのみ、当該コンテンツを処理、保存、およびインデックス化するための限定的なライセンスを当社に付与するものとします。当社は、お客様のコンテンツをAIモデルの学習に利用したり、他のユーザーと共有したり、アカウントの運営以外の目的で利用したりすることはありません。
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add to Saachi. Saachiに追加するコンテンツをアップロードする権利を有していることを確認する責任は、お客様のみが負うものとします。
6. Plans, billing, and usage limits6. プラン、請求、および利用制限
Saachi offers free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan details, query limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Saachiは、無料トライアルおよび有料サブスクリプションプランを提供しています。プランの詳細、クエリ制限、および料金は当社の料金ページに記載されており、随時更新される場合があります。
Free trial accounts are subject to usage limits. We may restrict or suspend free accounts that exceed reasonable use thresholds. 無料トライアルアカウントには利用制限が適用されます。合理的な利用範囲を超えた無料アカウントについては、制限または停止する場合があります。
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. 有料プランは月次または年次で前払いにて請求されます。法律で義務付けられている場合または当社が単独の裁量で認める場合を除き、料金は返金されません。有料プランを解約した場合でも、現在の請求期間の終了まではサービスをご利用いただけます。

7. API access7. APIアクセス
If you access Saachi through our API, these Terms apply equally. You are responsible for securing your API keys and for all usage under those keys. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. 当社のAPIを通じてSaachiにアクセスする場合も、本規約は同様に適用されます。お客様は、APIキーを安全に管理する責任、およびそれらのキーによるすべての利用について責任を負うものとします。APIキーを公開したり、クライアント側のコードに埋め込んだりしないでください。

8. Embeddable widget8. 埋め込みウィジェット
You may embed the Saachi chat widget on your website or product subject to these Terms. You are responsible for the content of the knowledge base your embedded widget queries, and for ensuring your end users are aware that they are interacting with an AI system. お客様は、本規約に従い、Saachiのチャットウィジェットをご自身のウェブサイトまたは製品に埋め込むことができます。埋め込みウィジェットが検索対象とするナレッジベースの内容について、また、エンドユーザーがAIシステムと対話していることを認識できるようにすることについては、お客様が責任を負うものとします。
9. Team accounts9. チームアカウント
Account administrators may invite team members. Administrators are responsible for managing their team's access and ensuring all team members comply with these Terms. Removing a team member revokes their access immediately. アカウント管理者は、チームメンバーを招待することができます。管理者は、チームのアクセス管理、および全チームメンバーが本規約を遵守することを確保する責任を負います。チームメンバーを削除すると、そのアクセス権は直ちに取り消されます。
Deleting an account permanently removes all team members, collections, and data. This action is irreversible. アカウントを削除すると、すべてのチームメンバー、コレクション、およびデータが完全に削除されます。この操作は取り消すことができません。
10. Uptime and availability10. 稼働時間および可用性
We aim to keep Saachi available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, or events outside our control. 当社はSaachiの可用性および信頼性の維持に努めますが、サービスが中断なく提供されることを保証するものではありません。メンテナンス、インフラの障害、第三者サービスの停止、または当社の管理が及ばない事象によるダウンタイムについて、当社は責任を負いません。

11. AI-generated content11. AI生成コンテンツ
Saachi uses AI to generate responses based on the documents you provide. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output. Saachiは、お客様が提供するドキュメントに基づき、AIを用いて回答を生成します。AIが生成する回答は、不正確、不完全、または古い情報である場合があります。情報に基づいて行動する前に、その内容を確認する責任はお客様にあります。当社は、AI生成された出力に基づいて行われた判断について責任を負いません。
Saachi is designed to answer questions using your uploaded content. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Saachiは、アップロードされたコンテンツを用いて質問に回答するよう設計されています。法律、医療、財務、その他の専門的な助言の代替となるものではありません。
12. Intellectual property12. 知的財産権
Saachi and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as described here. Saachi、および関連するすべてのソフトウェア、デザイン、商標は当社が所有します。本規約のいかなる内容も、本規約に記載されたサービスを利用する権利を除き、当社の知的財産に対する所有権または権利をお客様に付与するものではありません。
13. Disclaimer of warranties13. 保証の否認
Saachi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or complete. Saachiは「現状有姿」および「提供可能な状態」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。当社は、本サービスがエラーなく中断なく提供されること、またはAI生成された回答が正確または完全であることを保証しません。
14. Limitation of liability14. 責任の制限
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saachi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. 法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Saachiは、データの損失、収益の損失、事業機会の損失を含め、本サービスの利用に起因する間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。いかなる請求についても、当社の総責任額は、当該請求が発生する前の3か月間にお客様が当社に支払った金額を超えないものとします。
15. Termination15. 解約
You may cancel your account at any time from the Team settings page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. お客様は、チーム設定ページから、または当社にご連絡いただくことで、いつでもアカウントを解約することができます。本規約に違反した場合、当社はいつでもお客様のアクセスを停止または解約することがあります。
Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. 解約後、お客様のデータはプライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり完全に削除されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
16. Changes to these terms16. 本規約の変更について
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Saachi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 当社は本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更が発効する少なくとも14日前に、メールまたはアプリ内通知によりアクティブユーザーに通知します。変更発効後もSaachiのご利用を継続された場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
17. Governing law17. 準拠法
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. 本規約は米国法に準拠します。いかなる紛争も米国の裁判所において解決されるものとし、お客様は当該裁判所の対人管轄に同意するものとします。
