We built Saachi with privacy in mind. We collect only what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and when you ask us to delete something, it's gone — completely. Saachiはプライバシーを重視して設計されています。サービスの運営に必要な情報のみを収集し、お客様のデータを販売することは一切なく、削除をご希望いただいた際には完全に削除いたします。

Who we are運営者について

What we collect収集する情報

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: 当社は、サービス提供に必要な情報のみを収集します：

Email address — required to create an account and verify your identity. メールアドレス — アカウント作成および本人確認に必要です。
Company name — optional, collected at signup for your account profile. 会社名 — 任意項目で、サインアップ時にアカウントプロフィールの一部として収集します。

Questions asked through public share links — if a collection owner turns on question tracking for their public link, the questions visitors ask there (and the answers generated) are stored so the owner can see what is being asked and improve their content. Only the question itself is captured: we do not record names, IP addresses, or any other information that identifies the visitor. A random, anonymous browser code is kept in the visitor's local storage solely to estimate how many different people use the link. Visitors see a short notice on the page when tracking is on. Google account email — if you connect Google Drive, we store your Google email address and OAuth tokens to maintain the connection. We access only the Drive files you explicitly select for import. Third parties第三者提供

Groq — our AI inference provider. Your query text and relevant document excerpts are sent to Groq to generate responses. Groq's privacy policy governs their handling of this data. Groq — 当社のAI推論プロバイダーです。回答生成のため、クエリテキストおよび関連するドキュメント抜粋がGroqに送信されます。これらのデータの取り扱いはGroqのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

Google DriveGoogle Drive

If you choose to connect Google Drive, we request read-only access to your Drive. We use this access solely to allow you to select and import files you choose into Saachi. We do not scan, store, or access any Drive content beyond what you explicitly select for import. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access and deletes your stored tokens. Saachi's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. SaachiによるGoogle APIから取得したデータの利用は、Limited Use要件を含むGoogle API Services User Data Policyに準拠しています。

Data retention and deletionデータの保持および削除

You are in control of your data: お客様は、ご自身のデータを完全に管理できます：

Deleting a file — removes the file, all extracted text, and all vector embeddings from our systems immediately. ファイルの削除 — ファイル本体、抽出されたすべてのテキスト、およびすべてのベクトル埋め込みが当社システムから即座に削除されます。

Deleting your account — permanently and irrecoverably deletes your account, all team members, all collections, all files, all embeddings, all usage history, and all stored tokens. Securityセキュリティ

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use browser local storage to store your session token (JWT) so you stay logged in. On public share links with question tracking turned on, local storage also holds a random anonymous browser code used only to estimate visitor counts (see above). Changes to this policy本ポリシーの変更について

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Saachi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. 本ポリシーに重要な変更を加えた場合、このページ上部の日付を更新します。変更後もSaachiのご利用を継続された場合、更新後のポリシーに同意されたものとみなされます。
