We built Saachi with privacy in mind. We collect only what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and when you ask us to delete something, it's gone — completely. Saachiはプライバシーを重視して設計されています。サービスの運営に必要な情報のみを収集し、お客様のデータを販売することは一切なく、削除をご希望いただいた際には完全に削除いたします。

What we collect収集する情報

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: 当社は、サービス提供に必要な情報のみを収集します：

Email address — required to create an account and verify your identity. メールアドレス — アカウント作成および本人確認に必要です。

Google account email — if you connect Google Drive, we store your Google email address and OAuth tokens to maintain the connection. We access only the Drive files you explicitly select for import. Google DriveGoogle Drive

If you choose to connect Google Drive, we request read-only access to your Drive. We use this access solely to allow you to select and import files you choose into Saachi. We do not scan, store, or access any Drive content beyond what you explicitly select for import. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access and deletes your stored tokens. Saachi's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. SaachiによるGoogle APIから取得したデータの利用は、Limited Use要件を含むGoogle API Services User Data Policyに準拠しています。

Data retention and deletionデータの保持および削除

You are in control of your data: お客様は、ご自身のデータを完全に管理できます：

Deleting a file — removes the file, all extracted text, and all vector embeddings from our systems immediately. ファイルの削除 — ファイル本体、抽出されたすべてのテキスト、およびすべてのベクトル埋め込みが当社システムから即座に削除されます。

Deleting your account — permanently and irrecoverably deletes your account, all team members, all collections, all files, all embeddings, all usage history, and all stored tokens. Account deletion is available from the Team settings page. If you need assistance, contact us at support@saachi.ai and we will complete the deletion within 7 days. アカウントの削除は、チーム設定ページから行うことができます。サポートが必要な場合は support@saachi.ai までご連絡いただければ、7日以内に削除を完了いたします。

Securityセキュリティ

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
